- One channel, controlled. We do not resell to other resellers and we do not distribute your product outside the channels you approve in writing.

A short call or email exchange. You tell us the channel rules you want enforced; we tell you exactly how we operate.
Credentials
We send our W-9, Florida resale certificate, EIN letter, and a signed acknowledgement of your MAP and reseller policies.
Opening order
We start at your MOQ on a focused SKU set, prove sell-through with real numbers, and report back honestly — including what did not work.
Replenishment
Proven SKUs move to a standing reorder cadence. Assortment expands only where the data supports it.

The Steel City Holdings LLC is an owner-operated retail company, and deliberately selective about its roster — a small number of brands, served properly, with terms we can honor without exception.
We are also open about where we want this to go. The goal with every brand we take on is to earn the deeper relationship over time: priority on new launches, a widening SKU set, and where it makes sense for both sides, exclusive online channel arrangements. That gets earned with sell-through numbers and a clean compliance record — not asked for on the first call.
